Design This is a descriptive qualitative study with individual semistructured interviews conducted 2 years after onset COVID-19. Data were analysed using an inductive thematic approach. Abstract We investigated healthcare avoidance during the first COVID-19 wave in a Dutch region with high infection rates. A mixed-method, multiphase study used (1) primary care electronic health records to identify patients, (2) questionnaires capture patients unreported symptoms, and (3) interviews om avoidance. Abstract Background Following the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, in March 2020 health care delivery underwent considerable changes. It is unclear how this may have affected Brief Interventions (BIs) for smoking and alcohol. Methods used nationally representative data from monthly cross-sectional survey between 03/2014 06/2022. Monthly trends using generalised additive models among adults who smoked past-year (weighted N = 31,390) those at increasing higher risk levels (AUDIT score 3 8, weighted 22,386), respectively. Interactions tested social grade change slope after results reported stratified by grade.
