Limited longitudinal studies can be found to describe the psychological effects of COVID-19 on healthcare workers (HCW); Therefore, present study aimed investigating anxiety caused by (COV-anxiety) and job burnout (JB) among a sample Iranian HCW during this pandemic longitudinally. This performed 310 HCW. The data collection is done twice 2020 2022. Corona Diseases Anxiety Scale (CDAS) Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) have been used through online platform (Google Form). Using frequency tables, Paired-samples T tests, Pearson correlations as well linear regression modeling were analyzed SPSS 16. While reductions observed in prevalence COV-anxiety time 2, severe levels JB dimensions increased 2 compared (1) Negative existed between COV-anxiety. Moreover, using multivariate regressions, we that final predictors each other both 1 (2) Despite positive association JB, increasing with respect decreasing highlights existence risk factors should considered future research.

Abstract Aim To explore healthcare workers' experiences of the changed caring reality during COVID‐19 pandemic in Sweden. Design An online fully mixed‐methods design. Methods A web‐based self‐reported questionnaire with fixed and open‐ended answers collected data from March to April 2021, analysed three steps. First, free‐text questions were by qualitative content analysis. Then quantitative linear regression analyses using models covering stress coping mechanisms conducted. Finally, a meta‐inference emerged new comprehensive understanding. The COREQ guidelines used for reporting. Results Meta‐inferenced results findings show was traumatic experience workers. Abstract Background The COVID‐19 pandemic stretched Swedish intensive care unit (ICU) resources to an extent never experienced before, but even before the staffing was difficult and number of staffed ICU beds low. Studies have revealed high levels staff burn‐out fatigue, as similar situations with demands are likely occur in future a better understanding that improve resilience is important. Using job‐demand resource theory framework, we explored professionals’ views on when working ICUs aim highlight factors increased job resources. Methods Data were collected via web survey distributed professionals, including both regular temporary roles, 13 wards Stockholm Sörmland counties during spring 2021. A total 251 written responses question “What would made work less demanding?” analyzed using thematic analysis. One year later member‐checking focus group interview conducted validate further explore experiences.
