Sixteen studies reported two types interventions: individual-level organizational-level work environment variables. No policy found. However, some suggested improve workforce. Our analysis highlighted need systemic changes protect post-COVID-19 era. Despite wealth evidence problems effective interventions, remains notable gap implementation accountability. call action paradigm shift must be embraced we strive build resilient systems invest active support sustain them, incorporating structural, non-structural functional aspects resilience.

In recent years, the importance of biosafety research has garnered significant attention due to its critical implications for public health and safety. Biosafety Laboratory (BSL) personnel face numerous challenges as they work with high-risk pathogens, including high-pressure environments, stringent safety protocols, risk infection. Research indicates that occupational stress burnout significantly affect physical mental well-being laboratory personnel, potentially diminishing their efficiency capabilities.
