The integration of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and human resource management (HRM) in Pakistani firms is examined this study, with an emphasis on the effects CSR-driven efforts employee engagement. 300 workers from a variety industries, including manufacturing, services, education, were surveyed using standardized questionnaire as part quantitative research design. Employee engagement metrics (job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment), HRM practices (employee training, performance evaluation, inclusivity), CSR (community development, environmental sustainability, ethical governance) made up three sections questionnaire. An online survey platform in-person distribution was used to gather data, guaranteeing balanced representation demographic groupings industries. A high positive correlation between activities shown through statistical analysis, regression tests. Notable impacts seen community development governance projects. results emphasize how important it for companies match strategies objectives order create inclusive purpose-driven work environment.
