This study aimed to investigate the SARS-CoV-2 infection prevalence among >18-year-old students in Faculty of Public Health and Sciences at Lebanese University Tripoli, Northern Lebanon, June 2023 characterize circulating Omicron subvariants. Out 357 participants, only 2 (0.56%) tested positive by qPCR, corresponding 0.61% (2/326) asymptomatic students. One case with a qPCR targeting BA.2 variant.
