Sustainable development comes from a balance between economic growth and environmental protection, with due consideration of long-term impacts on environment. Leveraging policy tools to promote green innovation is critical strategy for achieving this objective. This paper examines the impact high-tech certification corporate innovation, distinguishing substantive strategic innovation. It develops theoretical framework analyze how influences enterprise through mechanisms such as tax preferences, government subsidies, financing constraints, leveraging capital market attention. The study employs zero-inflated negative binomial regression model utilizes data A-share listed companies 2006 2023 systematically assess strategies, underlying mechanisms, their heterogeneity. research discovers that in general, significantly promotes having more prominent facilitating effect resulting certain degree patent false prosperity. From perspective increases resources actually obtained by enterprises preferences subsidies alleviates thereby guiding undertake innovation; while enhancing attention expected enterprises, prompting be inclined towards Further analysis reveals varies across different ownership structures, industries, regions. Specifically, state-owned technology-intensive sectors, located central regions, positive particularly pronounced. contributes literature strategies offering robust empirical evidence optimizing design, mitigating arbitrage, preventing bubbles.

Purpose Green innovation in human-centric smart manufacturing (HSM-GI) has emerged as a new paradigm management for Industry 5.0. The evaluation analysis method is crucial measuring the development progress and guiding continual improvements of HSM-GI. Since this process HSM-GI can be regarded complex interactive, holistic picture often required to describe interrelations its antecedents consequences. In respect, study aims construct causality network indicator system proposes synergy Design/methodology/approach Firstly, based on Driver force-State-Response (DSR) causal-effect framework, constructs analyze interactions between environmental human concerns Secondly, owing imprecision cognition interaction process, flexible hesitant fuzzy (HF) superiority-inferiority synergetic presented. This quantifies strengths causal relationships expresses incentives constraints attitudes humans. Finally, proposed framework applied six HSMs electronic technology industry. Findings driving force state exhibit an upward trend, while response continues decline due changing market demands. order degree have shown increasing trend during 2021–2023, particularly significant BOE Haier Smart Home. systems with higher scores mostly functional coordination coherent structure. Originality/value demonstrates approach’s applicability assists policymakers formulating targeted strategies green systems.
