Currently, testing for human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA is more and often used as a primary diagnosis method when conducting screening cervical cancer. However, HPV genotypes reported assessing smears can differ from the results of biopsy specimens. The study aimed to assess features detecting in paired canal epithelium samples HPV-positive patients (n = 99) underwent targeted biopsy. was detected 175 times biomaterial obtained 111 histologic blocks. In group with chronic cervicitis, rate match 28.3%, LSIL it 45%, HSIL 67.7%. When viral load low, were matched 27.1% cases, moderate 35.4%, high these 82.3% cases. We revealed relatively strong correlation between probability test match: percentage increases by 9.3% increase 1 lg.
