The World Health Organization estimates that 1 in 4 people worldwide will experience a mental disorder their lifetime, highlighting the need for accessible support. This study evaluates integration of digital peer support (DPS) into an employee assistance program (EAP), testing 3 hypotheses: (1) DPS may be associated with changes EAP counseling utilization within 5-session model; (2) users reduced sadness, loneliness, and stress; (3) generates positive social return on investment (SROI). analyzed model using pre-post analysis, sentiment during chats via natural language processing models, SROI outcomes. Among 587 chats, 432 (73.6%) occurred after business hours, emphasizing importance 24/7 availability. A matched cohort analysis (n=72) showed therapy sessions by 2.07 per participant (P<.001; Cohen d=1.77). Users' messages were evaluated sentiments stress 1-10 scale. Significant reductions observed: loneliness decreased 55.04% (6.91 to 3.11), sadness 57.5% (6.84 2.91), 56.57% (6.78 2.95). demonstrated value-to-investment ratios US $1.66 (loneliness), $2.50 (stress), $2.58 (sadness) dollar invested. Purpose of the Study: This study explores challenges faced by parents during full implementation in-person classes at tertiary level and examines their suggestions for improving this transition. Methodology: The employed a qualitative descriptive research design. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten using guided questionnaire to gather comprehensive insights. Overwork is widely recognized as harmful to workers’ physical and mental health, yet studies focusing on income-driven rural-to-urban migrants are lacking. This research aims explore the effects of working hours health in China, examining moderating role work incentives industry heterogeneity. Using 2018 China Labor-force Dynamics Survey (CLDS) data, we analyzed 3,475 valid samples with a binary logit model, categorizing into comfortable work, tolerable moderate overwork, severe overwork. Teleworking is “full- or part-time electronic on-line off-line, performed at home by self-employed office workers” today represents an important lever for companies, including sustainability, allowing employees to work flexibly, efficiently remotely.
