Preeclampsia is associated with many neuropsychiatric symptoms including fatigue. Many biomarkers are correlated fibro fatigue (FF) scores. The present study aims to examine the changes in advanced-glycated end-products (AGEs) and its receptor (RAGE), Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (VEGFR1), C-reactive protein (CRP) lipid profile atherogenic indices preeclampsia as predictors for patients higher FF score. were divided according score into high-FF (FF≥25) low-FF (FF<25). scores measured patient groups compared healthy pregnant controls. PE women had levels of AGEs, RAGE, VEGF, VEGFR1 than control women, rise greater group group. also have dyslipidemia low-grade inflammation (high serum CRP), which multivariate generalized linear model (GLM) analysis showed no significant effect covariates (age, gestational age, gravidity, age onset, duration PE) on biomarkers. found differences all parameters (Partial η² = 0.727). CRP only receiver-operating characteristics (ROC) variable distinguishing from women. related well inflammation. can be significantly predicted by high-CRP levels.
