Objectives. This study aimed to identify occupational, personal and psychosocial risk factors associated with musculoskeletal depressive symptoms in a cohort of Brazilian healthcare workers (HEROES). Methods. The prospective included 125 from the Healthcare System (SUS). Data were collected via e-surveys using sociodemographic questionnaire, Nordic Beck depression inventory, Copenhagen questionnaire Pittsburgh sleep quality index. follow-up response was 64, 52, 50 49% at 3, 6, 9 12-month follow-up, respectively. There is limited research on burnout among healthcare providers in sub-Saharan Africa. One prior study of Rwanda anesthesia found a moderate level burnout, and several qualitative studies have highlighted significant stressors. This aims to evaluate the prevalence professional fulfillment, fatigue at King Faisal Hospital (KFH), tertiary-level teaching hospital Kigali, Rwanda. A cross-sectional, quantitative was conducted from August November 2023 KFH. Participants included all staff employed KFH time survey distribution, including both non-clinical clinical staff. Burnout, fatigue, fulfillment were assessed using validated tools (Professional Fulfillment Index, Burnout Scale, Fatigue Assessment Scale). Two hundred ninety-four respondents completed survey. 47.1% reported while over half (57.0%) experienced majority (71.0%). Years experience profession be risk factors for low fulfillment.
