Although many studies have examined the relationship between five dimensions of personality and nurse burnout, few burnout overall profile. In addition, nurses’ demographic characteristics been found to be related level, but results inconsistent. This study aimed determine profiles based on Big Five model in a sample Chinese nurses then analyze demographics. A total 1423 were sampled assessed using Inventory Oldenburg Burnout Inventory. k-means cluster analysis was used divide participants into different profiles. Multivariate variance binomial logistic regression examine with Cluster identified three among nurses: resilient, ordinary, distressed. For each dimension Inventory, there significant difference profiles, effect sizes being from 0.37 0.57. Nurses distressed profile 4.52 times more likely diagnosed than an ordinary profile, while resilient had 55% reduction compared The suggested that hospital administrators should focus identify potential as early possible. findings also enabled consider specific requirements job select suitable candidates.

Background: Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion produced by excessive prolonged professional stress. Its prevalence unclear, figures from 2 to 81% have been reported, although studies focused on this issue are scarce inconsistent definitions the absence validated measurement tools make comparisons difficult. Methods: Our narrative review's purpose was explore physician medical student burnout across specialties in specific subgroups, including young doctors, researchers, female physicians. We also assess effects students patients possible strategies prevent reverse it. Results: affects students, patients. It impacts significantly physicians health can be trigger for depression, substance abuse, suicide attempts. Moreover, psychological physical increase risk systemic conditions such as cardiovascular disease. Physician increases errors, reduces efficacy, might compromise patients' safety. These include resilience training, self-care, exercise, work-life balance, institutional changes, reducing administrative burdens improving electronic record systems. This paper aimed explore the experiences undergraduate facing mental challenges at Qatar University. With focus understanding factors contributing issues exploring coping mechanisms, research also sought identify students' recommendations for institutional support improve well-being. A qualitative approach using semi-structured face-to-face interviews was employed collect data. purposive sampling method used recruit from five disciplines- Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Health Sciences Nursing- who had self-reported mild moderate depressive symptoms based Patient Questionnaire (PHQ-9) Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS21). total 15 were conducted, recorded, transcribed verbatim, thematic analysis key themes. Several themes emerged interviews, including pressure, social isolation, anxiety, fear failure, stigma surrounding support. Academic pressure consistently reported as stressor, anxiety emotional strain. Social isolation further exacerbated challenges, while many highlighted lack well-established strategies. Stigma related seeking significant barrier, preventing accessing available services. Mental health literacy (MHL) is defined as the ability to obtain, understand, and use information identify, manage, prevent mental problems helps university students manage challenges by reducing stigma, fostering resilience, promoting coping strategies.
