Propolis is a natural antibacterial medicine with varied content of phenolic compounds, which determines the activity ethanol extract propolis (EEP). A new attempt was made to standardize via its conversion into dry concentrate (dEEP) through two-step process. Four samples poplar from same geographical region were used for study. Obtained concentrates reconstituted in 70% (500 μg/mL) analyzed their antioxidant properties, total and flavonoid contents, as well HPLC polyphenol profile. It shown that dEEP solutions ethanol, regardless diversified quality raw material, have equalized properties contents compared EEPs. However, quantitative differences nine individual components still found by HPLC-DAD. The (0.03–500 µg/mL) three polyphenols’ effect against Klebsiella pneumoniae Streptococcus agalactiae. Based on obtained MIC values anti-biofilm dEEPs pure polyphenols, it established effectiveness results combined action flavonoids acids. p-coumaric acid, galangin, pinocembrin additionally modeled using silico analyses, suggesting promiscuous binding all tested polyphenolic ligands target enzymes.
