Contextual elements are essential in determining the development and acceptance of m-government services (MGS), influencing both supply side (government readiness capabilities) demand (citizen preparedness expectations for adoption). However, there exists a deficiency studies that investigate role contextual such as government policy, infrastructure support, technology education/literacy affect key components Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) regarding adoption MGS. To remedy this deficiency, present study incorporates moderating variables within TAM framework. Utilizing structural equation modeling, data collected through self-administered online questionnaire was analyzed using Smart PLS 4.
