Preterm birth (PTB) is the most stubborn cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality globally. Social determinants are one predictors health disparities conflicting when regarding etiology PTB. The current study objected to investigate impact factors especially from socioeconomic aspects provided a snapshot indicators PTB in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is in Central Asia and the ninth-largest country world. Some socially vulnerable segments of Kazakh population residing subsidised social housing have experienced a range problems due to low quality construction its planning. Poor indoor environmental conditions contribute occupants’ comfort, health, general well-being. This study assessed residents’ health life, focusing on their perceived air thermal comfort satisfaction. A cross-sectional survey was conducted test effects factors Four hundred thirty-one responses were analysed, SF12v2 questionnaire used measure health-related life. Multiple regression analysis showed that negatively predicted respondents’ physical (PCS) mental (MCS) health. In addition, age, smoking, employment status had significantly negative effect PCS, while education level predictive positive effect. Thermal only MCS, as well alcohol consumption. Next, air-conditioning control factor contrast, circulation, humidity, high solar gain, temperature imbalance, duration residence consumption overall satisfaction with temperature.
