An urgent problem in educational psychology is the effectiveness of students’ professional self-determination. At same time, for successful self-determination it necessary to possess qualities a full-fledged agent. Scientists, despite differences definitions concepts “agent” and “agency”, agree on general characteristics: agent must have independence (autonomy), activity, responsibility, ability self-reflection self-knowledge. All these are high school students make conscious choice their future profession. Accordingly, development student agency becomes particularly important education. value orientations act as one components subject’s well factor The aim this study was determine characteristics process development. involved two samples (eleventh ninth grades secondary school). Ninth grade were divided into an experimental group, which received training, control training usual.
