In the present work, we have first applied fast nonlinear damping identification (NDI) method to nondestructively and simultaneously determine values of mass, size, charge biological micro-objects trapped in a quadrupole Paul trap. Here, used well-studied Lycopodium clavatum individual spores as test object. For nondestructive determination spore parameters, analyzed their extended orbit trajectory implemented regime viscous friction while trapping The article discusses prospects proposed for investigating wide class objects.
