This paper analyzes differences in students’ learning outcomes a blended model that uses experimental and project methods. In addition, this also investigates the effect of scientific demeanor on outcomes. The research method simple random sampling technique four classes at Light Vehicle Engineering department. variables, namely demeanor, outcomes, physics with experimental, Scientific attitude is observed through observing participants' responses to specific situations while are measured tests taken after particular process. results indicate three main findings. First, there significant between students who taught by using method. Second, substantial based students' demeanor. Third, no methods toward contribute understanding how different can influence findings regarding relationship support efforts develop more effective adaptive strategies for various types students.

Internship is one way to improve the ability of workers in industry. Problems that exist apprenticeship monitoring have not been effective. This study aims 1) review effective management internship, 2) describe improved quality learning vocational high school toward industry 4.0. 3) illustrate conceptual model e-monprakerin school. The internship consists planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. research qualitative descriptive based on literature as an effort maximize schools support end goals 4.0 covers automation digital data exchange industrial technology including cyber-physical systems, internet thing, cloud computing cognitive computing. results show has found weaknesses some aspects are planning process, organization, actuation control. Conceptually, inadequacies can be minimized through additional elements e-monprakerin.

Purpose of the study: This research aims to find out 1) facts electronic internship monitoring and 2) practicality using android-based in vocational student program. Methodology: The method applied this is a descriptive qualitative thorough survey on implementation training. respondents were teachers at Public Vocational High School 1 Mondokan as supervisors program. instrument used was questionnaire for e-monPrakerin. data analysis technique with percentages. Main findings: results show that Android-based internship. facilitates monitoring; practical, very high criteria (83,08%). An based Android more practical according response from supervisor. implication concept easily understood by supervisor. There are few errors features. application supervisor has already guide before guiding students. Novelty/Originality novelty study lies strategy electronically, provides new insight apprenticeship supervision compared conventional supervision. Conventional considered less effective because there weaknesses.
