Современная
система
дополнительного
профессионального
образования
научно-педагогических
кадров
(ДПО
НПК)
вузов
выступает
необходимым
условием,
фактором
и
механизмом
развития
высшей
школы
страны,
одним
из
катализаторов
стабильности
социально-экономического
роста
в
России.
Совершенствование
отечественного
ДПО
НПК
происходит
многоаспектно,
достаточно
динамично
то
же
время
сложно
противоречиво,
что
требует
глубокой
всесторонней
научной
рефлексии,
осмысления
характера,
хода
вектора
происходящих
изменений,
выстраивания
на
этой
основе
перспективных
линий
рассматриваемой
системы.
Цель
исследования
–
выявление
проблем
перспектив
системы
В
работе
сделана
попытка
вычленить
проблемы
России
социально-педагогическом,
теоретико-методологическом,
программно-методическом,
нормативно-правовом
организационно-управленческом
уровнях.
Представлены
перспективы
России,
ключевым
вектором
которых
является
движение
к
национально-целостной,
адаптивной
универсальной
образовательной
модели,
базирующейся
передовой
методологической,
программно-методической,
нормативно-правовой,
материально-технической,
кадровой
базе
организационно-управленческой
основе.
