The system of additional professional education is one the most topical problems in strategic planning university. Currently, questions stimulating attraction to population, financial state university, introduction long-life learning are connected with education. In process programs administration faces competitiveness between university’s offices due crossing thematic fields programs. To overcome problems, strategy monopoly regulation frame university functioning offered. There presented a suggestion form number departments Center while realizing given including following functions aimed at teachers’ work and avoiding similarities programs: department (is an owner programs); coordinating center (including expert analytical center, department); office programs’ construction promotion “design”, marketing advertisement department). Современная система дополнительного профессионального образования научно-педагогических кадров (ДПО НПК) вузов выступает необходимым условием, фактором и механизмом развития высшей школы страны, одним из катализаторов стабильности социально-экономического роста в России.
