Trajectory optimal control for a robotic arm with high degree of freedom (DOF) is challenging. ABSTRACT Solar air heater (SAH) is a widely employed technology for harnessing solar thermal energy in numerous applications. Contemporary research optimizes designs within identical spatial constraints to maximize output. However, there recognized need conduct analytical validation stimulate the experimental setup and formulate an artificial neural network (ANN) model govern predict operation system. This investigation involved developing assessing evacuated tube (ETSAH) integrated with annulus‐filled heat storage media. Furthermore, this study introduced ANN solution performance parameters, representing noteworthy contribution. The proposed achieved its optimal mean square error of 5.4018 × 10 −6 after 11 epochs 31 training. Also, correlation findings show that architecture feed‐forward backpropagation when 5‐40‐40‐40‐2 used. In case, are five nodes input layer represent timing, temperature, radiation, airflow rate. power output ETSAH device shows strong flow rate, reaching peak at 0.05 kg/s value 2261 W dropping 368 0.006 kg/s.
