Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a metabolic disease that affects the reproductive system, and its pathogenesis remains unresolved. Through application of bioinformatics molecular biology techniques, this study has identified significant association between translocase outer mitochondrial membrane 40 (TOMM40) both PCOS pan-cancers. The selection biomarkers included TOMM40, which we found to be significantly decreased in group vitro vivo, using methods such as Western Blot well immunohistochemistry. Over-expression TOMM40 can rescue effect on apoptosis rate proliferation suppression induced by DHEA KGN cells. biomarker for diagnosis PCOS. pan-cancer analysis revealed an elevated expression Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma unfavorable prognosis, while increased six tumor types was linked favorable prognosis. Therefore, regarded promising diagnosing pan-cancer.

Abstract The rise of food delivery apps has ushered in a new era the way we consume meals, bringing both unprecedented convenience and concerns about their impact on obesity. These digital platforms, exemplified by industry giants like Uber Eats DoorDash, have transformed dining experience from trip to kitchen simple click our smartphones. While seamless accessibility diverse range culinary options is undoubtedly game-changer, it comes with flip side. ease ordering restaurant-quality fast food, or groceries through these may contribute less health-conscious dietary choices. factor might inadvertently lead an overreliance high-calorie nutritious options, potentially exacerbating obesity epidemic. As navigate this landscape, becomes imperative understand address implications technological shift public health. Research awareness campaigns are vital comprehending nuanced relationship between obesity, ensuring that does not translate into surge calories.
