Attacks by wild and domestic animals represent a significant public health social issue with implications for both mortality morbidity. These incidents contribute to many deaths hospitalizations each year, statistical variations depending on the native fauna cultural practices unique different countries. The ongoing expansion of urban areas, reduction natural habitats increasing frequency human recreational activities in environments, is exacerbating human-wildlife interactions, such incidents.In forensic pathology, when encountering body lesions animal origin, it crucial first exclude any potential homicidal dynamics. Following this, equally important accurately differentiate between antemortem injuries post-mortem scavenging ensure correct interpretation cause manner death. In this paper, three autopsy cases involving attacks are described analysed detail. Of particular significance final case, where were attributed predation red foxes (Vulpes vulpes). Such rare thus an underexplored area within literature, making case especially noteworthy scientific community. Discussing these provides valuable insights that can enhance diagnostic approaches similar scenarios.
