The results showed that SDOH, HRS, ENV influenced IMRs three GCC countries. In all countries’ models, only HRS exerted direct effect (Bahrain: −0.966, 95% CI −0.987 −0.949; Kuwait: −0.939, −0.979 −0.909; Qatar: −0.941, −0.976 −0.910). On other hand, SDOH indirectly negatively. Their beta coefficients ranged −0.745 −0.805 −0.815 −0.876 SDOH. emphasizes importance adopting multi-faceted public strategies focus improving socioeconomic conditions, expanding healthcare resources, reducing degradation.
