Abstract
The
concept
of
language
teacher
immunity
is
a
relatively
new
notion
that
has
been
introduced
in
the
field
psychology.
It
imperative
teachers
have
their
inherent
strengthened
since
they
never
intrinsically
protected
against
fluctuations
are
unanticipated
and
beyond
control.
In
order
to
achieve
this
goal,
present
research
used
quantitative
approach
investigate
possible
effects
on
psychological
well-being,
buoyancy,
engagement.
This
study
was
conducted
by
sending
out
three
questionnaires
total
384
primary
teachers.
On
basis
findings,
it
concluded
potential
serve
as
significant
predictor

This
study
identified
the
best-fit
model
for
work
engagement
among
public
secondary
school
teachers
in
Davao
Region,
Philippines,
by
examining
influence
of
organizational
commitment,
personality
domains,
and
self-regulation.
Using
a
stratified
sampling
technique,
data
were
collected
from
400
analyzed
through
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(SEM).
A
non-experimental,
quantitative,
descriptive
research
design
was
employed,
with
statistical
tools
including
mean,
standard
deviation,
Pearson
product-moment
correlation,
SEM.
The
results
revealed
that
levels
self-regulation,
all
very
high.

between
