La presente investigación, consiste en una revisión bibliográfica de 30 artículos investigación que trataron sobre el compromiso laboral docente, durante los últimos cinco años. Se empleó la metodología Revisión Sistemática, utilizando las bases datos: Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, Scielo, ProQuest, Redalyc, Dialnet y Google Scolar; un intervalo años 2019-2023. Además, se incluyeron estudios explica factores afecta al como son: gestión directivos no es óptima para fortalecer desempeño docente. Otro aspecto abordado fue competencias digitales, muchos docentes han logrado desarrollar, originando malestar afectando laboral, por último desarrollo inteligencia emocional sirve apoyo puedan afrontar adversidades presentan su labor diaria forma positiva. Concluyendo todo esto necesario docente mejorar calidad educación.

This study identified the best-fit model for work engagement among public secondary school teachers in Davao Region, Philippines, by examining influence of organizational commitment, personality domains, and self-regulation. Using a stratified sampling technique, data were collected from 400 analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive research design was employed, with statistical tools including mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation, SEM. Estudios previos destacan que las percepciones del alumnado sobre la práctica docente inciden en su proceso de aprendizaje. El objetivo este estudio consiste predecir el compromiso académico universitario según sus clima motivacional y analizar papel mediador satisfacción motivación académica. En investigación han participado 637 estudiantes Universidad Extremadura Cádiz a quienes se les aplicado diversas escalas para evaluar variables investigación.
