Ongoing global changes and rapid in situations lead not only to a change business organization models but also restructuring the supply systems themselves. This is especially relevant when analyzing healthcare system since chain must be flexible resistant unforeseen events; best example Covid-19 situation. It necessary pay attention fact that main focus health care directed user of service, i.e. client/patient, satisfaction his needs, which means service provided meet client’s expectations. article will examine how consumers perceive services they receive certain facilities. A standardized quality assessment questionnaire, Servqual, was used for data collection. The results are processed using statistical research methods. expected help analyze critical points system’s chain, thereby improving delivery quality.

to explore the nurses' perceptions among quality of care stroke patients in a public hospital Northern Honduras. descriptive phenomenological study was carried out. The data collection conducted by means depth- interviews 20 general nurses from emergency and clinical medicine departments Atlántida General Hospital. Data analysis thematic technique. research found three key themes, 10 subthemes, which illustrated finding points up theme "negative outcomes regarding structure dimension patient units", failure improve or maintain healthcare. Likewise, "positive nursing process", defined as pleasant helpful patients, such ethical humanized caring, activities on promoting self-care with involvement relatives. results indicate that Honduran do not have qualified graduate training critical care, is limitation compromises care. Therefore, it recommended clear organization structures better resources managing, consequently, may increase user satisfaction, well reducing stays.

Objetivo: explorar las percepciones de los enfermeros sobre la calidad atención a pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular en un hospital público del norte Honduras. Método: se realizó estudio fenomenológico descriptivo. La recolección datos través entrevistas profundidad 20 generales servicios emergencia y clínica médica Hospital General Atlántida. El análisis mediante técnica temática. Resultados: partir investigación surgieron tres temas principales 10 subtemas que ilustraron ACV general hallazgo apunta al tema “resultados negativos respecto tamaño estructura unidades paciente”, lo significa hay problemas para mejorar o mantener médica. Por otro lado, obtuvieron positivos proceso enfermería”, definido como placentero útil el cuidado paciente ACV, cuidados éticos humanizados actividades promover autocuidado participación familiares. Conclusión: resultados indican hondureños no cuentan formación posgrado calificada críticos, cual es una limitación compromete atención. tanto, recomienda contar estructuras organizativas claras mejor gestión recursos, que, definitiva, puede aumentar satisfacción usuarios reducir tiempo estancia hospitalaria.

Improved C3D Network Model Construction and Its Posture Recognition Study in Swimming Sports DOI Open Access

In order to solve the problem of low recognition accuracy caused by C3D network limited large number parameters, study proposes an improved network-based pose model.
