The behaviour of a leader has significant impact on the actions and feelings employees. Many European university researchers have recently focused effective leadership subordinates. As result, women overcome variety challenges, frequently face glass ceiling phenomenon, break stereotypes. some cases, result research, it clear that not only but men show negative behaviour, indicates shortcomings current management style. Five hypotheses were formulated during process, based their analysis, we developed recommendations believe be an way solve multiple challenges.
