Purpose
This
study
examines
the
role
of
digital
transformation,
knowledge
sharing,
and
transformational
leadership
in
enhancing
innovation
capability
Sub-Saharan
Africa.
Design/methodology/approach
A
survey-based
quantitative
methodology
was
employed,
targeting
senior
middle-level
managers
industrial
technology,
manufacturing
financial
services
sectors
Ghana
Nigeria.
The
hypothesized
relationships
were
analyzed
using
PLS-SEM
tools
SmartPLS
to
assess
between
variables.
Findings
Results
indicate
that
transformation
significantly
enhances
sharing.
Knowledge
sharing
positively
influences
mediates
relationship
capability.
Additionally,
moderates
both

findings
