Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the key factors influencing digital transformation in supply chain management among enterprises Southeastern region Vietnam. goal provide insights into how these impact successful adoption practices. Purpose This study examines the role of digital transformation, knowledge sharing, and transformational leadership in enhancing innovation capability Sub-Saharan Africa. Design/methodology/approach A survey-based quantitative methodology was employed, targeting senior middle-level managers industrial technology, manufacturing financial services sectors Ghana Nigeria. The hypothesized relationships were analyzed using PLS-SEM tools SmartPLS to assess between variables. Findings Results indicate that transformation significantly enhances sharing.
