In a world where information is abundant and rapidly changing, the ability to investigate critically systematically crucial for academic professional success. Therefore, objective of this study was explain relationship between investigative skills students teaching strategies employed by teachers in tenth grade public educational institutions municipality La Estrella, Antioquia, Colombia. The approached from perspective holistic comprehension science, using holopraxic method. It an explanatory with field design, contemporary cross-sectional, multievent, non-experimental. A intentional sample 300 tenth-grade participated; research techniques used were observation through estimation scale survey questionnaire. results indicated that have low level believe their moderately use specific development these skills. correlation events significant, positive, moderate, allowing conclusion students' depends, some extent, on teachers.
