The problem of assessing the impact disorders lipid metabolism on cardiovascular risk remains relevant. Purpose study: to study relationship between thickness abdominal adipose tissue and parameters blood profile in young women. Materials methods. Two hundred four women (36.4 ± 5.4 years) were examined. Body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), as well ultrasonic criteria for (subcutaneous preperitoneal thickness, circumference), spectrum assessed, was calculated. Results. All demonstrated a with parameters. coefficient determination bonds triglycerides ranged from 0.116 (for tissue) 0.207 OT); links HDL cholesterol — 0.030 BMI) 0.052 non-HDL 0.057 0.112 BMI). An assessment lifelong showed statistical significance all 0.122 0.266 Evaluation linear multivariate regression models tissue, systolic pressure (SBP), lifetime predictors included model. Limitations. include neither men nor over 50 under 19 years. Conclusion. studied anthropometric ultrasonographic characteristics have comparable effect plasma calculated risk, while their contribution is lower than atherogenic fraction.
