Multifactorial diseases pose a growing challenge to global healthcare due their rapidly increasing prevalence, high mortality rates, and significant contribution disability among the working-age population. Intensive research aimed at improving early diagnosis, prevention, treatment has underscored critical role of epigenetic changes, which influence gene expression without altering primary DNA sequence. This article provides an overview mechanisms involved in regulation, including methylation, post-translational histone modifications, non-coding microRNAs silencing. Epigenetic factors serve as bridge between genome environmental influences. Environmental risk factors—shaped by lifestyle, behavior, ecological exposures, psycho-emotional stress—play phenotypic manifestations overall human health. The reversibility regulating can lead both beneficial adverse health outcomes. continuous development new technologies positions epigenetics promising field for functional research, with potential fundamentally transform therapeutic approaches multifactorial diseases.

The emergence of the term “cardioobstetrics” in modern medical literature is associated with high relevance cardiovascular problems during pregnancy and postpartum, leading many cases to maternal perinatal mortality morbidity, as well increased risk later life. authors most reviews on cardioobstetrics try cover all this field medicine completely possible one article, which makes disclosure specific issues incomplete. Our review provides, our opinion, comprehensive information applied issue — diagnosis hypertensive disorders postpartum period. paper evaluates methodological approaches based primarily analysis Russian foreign clinical recommendations, other key data. In particular, use office out-of-office methods for blood pressure measuring considered. As a result analysis, clear easy-to-understand flowcharts diagnosing were proposed.

Hypertension (HTN) remains one of the most pressing problems modern healthcare. Morbidity and mortality associated with HTN continue to increase, despite a wide range available antihypertensive agents regular updates related clinical guidelines. In October 2024, an annual forum was held discuss optimization approaches treatment HTN. During discussion, special attention paid personalized therapy patients, which should be based on concepts disease pathogenesis individual risk factors. addition, validity prescribing imidazoline receptor agonists, are additional that lower blood pressure, in certain situations discussed, along main five classes drugs. routine practice, it is recommended consider use centrally acting drugs, particular moxonidine, control hypertension as part combination therapy. A central sympathetic inhibition moxonidine ensures pressure has pleiotropic effects, among important increase tissue sensitivity insulin. This especially for patients obesity, metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, various disorders (hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia) women peri- postmenopausal period.

Objective. ToGlobally more than 1.4 billion people have hypertension, of whom less 15% their blood pressure appropriately controlled (BP), and that is the leading cause death globally. In low- middle-income countries, 70% treated patients uncontrolled hypertension. One major reasons for poor control reliable patient adherence to treatment. fixed-dose combinations, which incorporate two antihypertensive drugs or can improve rates BP without increasing risk adverse events, thereby prevent complications The advantages fixed combinations from Canonpharma Production are proven bioequivalence reference drugs, good tolerability, ease use lower cost compared original drugs. represented by several two- three-component in various dosages, help physician prescribe escalate therapy.
