Background/objectives:

impact
diets

acids,

Larger
amounts
avocados
used
interventions
than
commonly
consumed
(60–300
vs.
0–10
g/d,
respectively).
Blood
lipids,
nutrient
bioavailability,
cardiovascular

recommendations

mental
disorders
