Introdução:
Monkeypox
é
uma
doença
zoonótica
viral
com
sintomas
semelhantes
aos
observados
no
passado
em
pacientes
varíola,
porém,
clínicos
mais
leves.
A
descoberta
do
vírus
ocorreu
1958,
quando
foi
identificado
como
o
responsável
por
embarcar
dois
surtos
de
semelhante
à
varíola
humana
macacos
completou

pesquisas.
Objetivo:
discutir
sobre

suas

Background:
In
early
May
2022,
an
increasing
number
of
human
monkeypox
(mpox)
cases
were
reported
in
non-endemic
disparate
regions

world,

concerns.
Here,
we

a
systematic
review

meta-analysis

Objectives:

ABSTRACT
Objective
To
describe

BACKGROUND
In
2022,
an
outbreak

mpox
that
started
in
European
countries
spread
worldwide
through
human-to-human
transmission.
Cases

been
mostly
mild,

severe
clinical
