Given that most petroleum companies produce and transport both oil gas at the same time, multiphase flows are extremely important in industry. Common causes of pipeline leaks include corrosion, aging, metal deterioration. As a result, developing practical technique to identify locate pipelines is needed. In present work, 3D numerical model developed using Ansys-Fluent considering Volume Of Fluid (VOF) approach coupled with 𝑘−𝜀 turbulence investigate occurrence simultaneous (1st leak 3 mm 2nd 1.8 mm) within conveying flow. The results validated against experimental data collected from flow loop system Lab, where significant level agreement was observed. Moreover, behavior pipeline, as well surrounding area (water tank), evaluated. For instance, case showing lowest value air volume fraction presents highest water tank. Additionally, Log Mel Spectrogram representation allows identification occurring phenomena, including phase introduction presence leakage pipeline.
