This
research
investigates
and
manages
the
emotions
of
education
students
in
relation
to
various
social
academic
aspects,
therefore,
objective
is
determine
emotional
intelligence
last
year
an
program

private
university
Lima.
It
quantitative,
descriptive,
cross-sectional,
non-experimental
study,
with
population
202
who
completed
questionnaire
sociodemographic
data
scale.
In
its
results,
18,8
%
(n=38)
have
low
intelligence,
45,5
(n=92)
medium
35,6
(n=72)
low.
conclusion,
teachers
should
guide
foster
their
empathic
skills
so
that
they
can
make
decisions
adapt
situations
environment.

Introduction:
burnout
is
a
problem
affecting
Health
Sciences
students,
potentially
leading
to
an
increased
tendency
towards
self-medication.
Therefore,
it
crucial
examine
the
relationship
between
these
two
variables
and
self-care.
Objective:
determine
self-care,
burnout,
self-medication
in
university
students
majoring
related
Sciences.
Method:
cross-sectional
study
was
conducted
through
convenience
sampling
via
virtual
means
throughout
entire
month
of
October
2023,
creating
database
for
this
purpose.
The
population
consisted
enrolled
health-related
sciences
Costa
Rica.
A
sample
361
participants
obtained
from
both
public
private
university,
with
ages
ranging
18
46
years
(M=
23.61,
SD=
5.30).
questionnaire
composed
Appraisal
Self-care
Agency
Scale
(α=.89),
Maslach
Academic
Burnout
Inventory
(α
.82
.88)
set
sociodemographic
questions.
Results:
self-care
showed
negative
correlations
exhaustion,
cynicism,
frequency
self-medication,
while
displaying
positive
associations
academic
efficacy
age.
Additionally,
progressing
within
curriculum
living
alone
or
housemates
were
linked
higher
levels
exhaustion
compared
those
partner
nuclear
family.
Conclusions:
associated
lower
reduced

individuals

Los
estudiantes
universitarios

transversal
exploratorio

cuantitativo.

determinar
vida
interno
enfermería”

elaborado

La
investigación
reveló
que,
pesar
alta
dedicación
reconocimiento
importancia
autocuidado,
existe

desconexión

diaria
universitarios,
siendo
beneficioso
para
manejar
adecuadamente
el
estrés,
las
relaciones
interpersonales,
desempeño
académico,
entre
otros.
Se
evidencia
necesidad
incluir
factor
fundamental
proceso
académico
futuros
profesionales
promover
bienestar
integral
estudiantes,
adquisición
herramientas
habilidades
necesarias
colegas
profesionales.
