The development of socioemotional skills can serve as protection against the negative effects stress and difficult situations in classroom or at work. aim study was to conduct a bibliometric literature indexed Scopus on competencies high school students from 2003 2023 worldwide. Methodologically, it quantitative study. scientific production indicators were generated 191 documents selected Scopus, using keywords English ("social-emotional", "high school" "students"). From 2013 2021, published papers increased (67.5%), indicating growing interest subject United States is country with highest (65.4%), Arizona State University most publications (n=8). journal Psychology Schools had publication (n=5), however, School Quarterly received more citations (n=302), author Elias, M.J. (n=6 papers) being cited (n=242). It concluded that implementation cross-cutting programs involving competence increasing due promotion interdisciplinarity individuals affiliated globalized society. Therefore, when have strong socio-emotional competencies, learning improves, disruptive behaviors are reduced.

The objective of this study is to offer a comprehensive analysis interventions aimed at improving socio-emotional capabilities in Latin America. main will be evaluate the impact these treatments on academic performance and well-being students. Extensive research was carried out databases such as Scopus, SciELO, WEB OF SCIENCE. Inclusion criteria encompassed studies that evaluated targeting socioemotional American countries presented data and/or outcomes. Of all investigations, eleven met specific inclusion were thoroughly extract relevant data. findings suggest social-emotional have significant beneficial both achievement students' well-being. Effective therapies cover aspects emotional development, interpersonal skills stress management. To conclude, we affirm are effective tools improve holistic development students region. Research should prioritize conducting longitudinal investigating cultural variations gain broader understanding effects interventions.

El presente estudio se centra en la evaluación de influencia las habilidades socioemocionales el rendimiento académico los estudiantes segundo año Educación General Básica (EGB). interés principal radica comprender cómo estas sociales, relacionan con alumnos. Para llevar a cabo investigación, emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos; entre utilizados encuentran análisis-síntesis, método deductivo-inductivo enfoque sistema, cuales permitieron desarrollar un marco conceptual coherente su interrelación sus componentes. En cuanto empíricos, realizaron observaciones sistemáticas utilizaron fichas observación para recopilar datos sobre estudiantes, así como calificaciones. Los resultados revelan una correlación positiva significativa contribución al académico, coeficientes Pearson 0.8868 ambiente aprendizaje, 0.9196 del docente 0.8821 interacción Esto indica que entorno educativo enriquecedor docentes compañeros son fundamentales éxito académico.
