Despite significant strides in linking Human Factors and Ergonomics (HFE) sustainability, research lacks precision debating HFE's role, especially concerning the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This paper maps concrete contributions of HFE to SDGs, offering strategic actions for target achievement. The methodological approach involved application PRISMA define a sample, SciMAT VOSviewer visual temporal thematic mapping, deductive content analysis categorical analysis. results show that there is an already rich unique set across wide range not just most common related HFE, SDG8 (Decent work). importance highlighted various aspects, such as sustainable adoption industry 4.0 technologies (SDG9) development production (SDG12), energy (SDG7) urban (SDG11) systems. Strategic specifying targets each mapped SDG are offered policymakers, professionals researchers.

Green human resource management (GHRM) practices are critical for enhancing sustainability outcomes. Still, literature is scarce on the granularity of how GHRM can be promoted to strengthen linking green dynamic capabilities and employee engagement in presence innovative climate. Drawing upon institutional theory, this study investigates relationship between sustainability, mediation effect engagement, moderation This employed a post-positivism approach adopted two-stage method selection population sampling collect data through an online survey instrument from 374 respondents working at top, middle, lower tiers positions telecom organizations Pakistan, test research hypotheses. Findings indicated positive association significant sustainability.
