Введение. Статья посвящена феномену профессионального развития педагога в процессе послевузовского непрерывного образования. Благодаря росту интереса к нейродидактике, появившейся на стыке нейробиологии, психологии и педагогики, накапливаются новые знания о нейрофизиологических процессах работы головного мозга, анализ, теоретическое осмысление обобщение которых может лечь основу формирования новой концепции педагогов. Цель. Выявить рассмотреть с позиций нейродидактики ключевые особенности, определяющие феномен педагогов позитивно влияющие организацию сопровождения данного процесса, том числе повышения квалификации. Методы. Анализ научных источников, индексируемых международными российскими базами данных, глубиной поиска более полувека; педагогическое прогнозирование моделирование. Результаты. В анализа феномена андрагогики, а также учетом особенностей были выделены значимые для образования свойства (нейропластичность, когнитивная гибкость, память, критическое мышление, эмоции, речевая функция), дана нейродидактическая характеристика каждого из них.
