Objective — to study and analyze the current trends among Western scientists mental health professionals regarding issues of gender identity; data foreign domestic studies concerning problems incongruence, dysphoria their comorbidity with disorders, personality especially schizophrenia autism spectrum disorders; identify promising areas scientific research in this direction. Source search electronic databases was carried out mainly for past 5 years russian publications, including Web science, Researchgate.net, Google Scholar, Elibrary, Cyberleninka systems, using phrases such as identity disorder, disorder comorbidity, schizophrenia, autism, nonconformity, mentalization . The article presents modern publications studies, showing, on one hand, tendency experts depathologize promote transition, other an active relationship between phenomenon disorders. According presented influence features presence disorders incongruence is revealed.

Purpose: This research addresses the topic of anxiety, phobic and obsessive disorders. In this research, theme is addressed to psychopathological investigation personalities, according PICI-2TA model (Perrotta Integrative Clinical Interviews, version 2-TA), PAD-Q Affective Dependency Questionnaire), PSM Sexual Matrix), PDM-Q Defence Mechanisms Questionnaire) PHEM Human Emotions Model), in order design a direct functional psychotherapeutic protocol manage process shortest time possible, principles efficiency, effectiveness economy, trying reduce symptomatology until total regression by fifth-tenth session. Methods: interview administration PICI-2, PAD-Q, PSM, PDM-Q. Results: male group, aged 18-36 years, there were 8 people, whom 6 (75%) reacted resolution neurotic described between fifth ninth sessions, while only 2 (25%) said they felt their symptoms had subsided. 37-54 are 5 4 (80%) sessions. 55-72 (66.6%) tenth female 22 18 (82%) 13 9 (69.2%) 11 (72.7%) Conclusions: The showed that PPP-DNA protocol, for disorders, was effective population sample 74.36%, fractionated 73.86% 74.86%, with resistance change identified adverse conditions family, environmental, socio-cultural temporal type (of duration symptomatology), however able promote an attenuation suffered at least 50%.

Purpose: One of the strategies for treating gender dysphoria is cross-sex hormone therapy (CHT). Our study aimed to explore differences in psychopathology people with who received those did not this treatment. We also wanted discrimination and rejection among dysphoria.Methods: administered a demographic questionnaire structured clinical interview DSM Axis I disorders (SCID_I) all participants. sample consisted 41 (20 MtF 21 FtM), whom Cross-sex (CHT) 20 not.Results: Results indicated that they were on CHT had lower psychological problems than receive therapy. was influenced by dysphoria’s health. On other hand, doesn’t CHT, further depression, anxiety, obsession-compulsion, general Axis-I disorders. found male-to-female more likely suffer from rejection.Conclusions: concluded could affect mental health dysphoria. knowledge role discrimination, ridicule pathology can help specialists find best treatment these people.
