Aims:The aim of this paper is to summarize the world new taxa extant Coleoptera in 2022, and sort out species records China separately.Methods: By searching relevant databases related taxonomic journals, with help peer experts, 857 journal publications 1 monograph were obtained analyzed.Results: In a total 2,810 globally, including subfamily, 2 tribes, 3 subtribes, 144 genera, 48 subgenera, 2,570 species, 42 subspecies observed.Additionally, 620 combinations, 457 synonyms, 39 upgradations, 12 degradations proposed.As most biodiverse countries these taxa, 8 7 480 9 subspecies, 11 newly recorded subgenus, 87 newlyrecorded China. Conclusion:Yunnan Xizang are hot regions for (subspecies) discovery China, accounting about 46% published (subspecies).The 2022 lower than it was 2021, globally.
