The purpose of this study was to evaluate the pedagogical literacy skills biology education students after studying lecture material from textbooks on teaching and learning strategies that have been developed based ADDIE model. This development research used 92 Biology Education Study Program, FMIPA, State University Medan as subjects, who were determined by random sampling technique. Pedagogic is measured using an essay test determine ability prospective teacher according developments in technology communication. data analyzed percentage results found students' pedagogic abilities preparing themselves for e-learning included good category (82.45%), use digital very (91.84%), components involved online (92.67%), authentic assessment (84.78%).
