This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Nusantara Capital development planning policy as a strategy accelerate achievement sustainable cities and communities. uses normative legal research method. The collected material is then qualitatively analyzed describe problem answer objectives. results show that has been strategically integrated with SDGs. A solid foundation facilitated holistic approach in implementing this project, covering everything from efficient spatial organization resource management. demonstrates commitment principles, including environmentally friendly infrastructure development, social integration, community participation. Moreover, explicitly supports communities, which create inclusive, safe, resilient, urban environments. ensures targets such adequate housing, transportation, cultural heritage preservation, environmental management are holistically integrated, meeting long-term objectives while addressing urbanization challenges. Therefore, it recommended government should continue strengthen policies regulations support practices, ensuring transparency accountability every phase development. For private sector industry, highly advisable invest technologies practices vision model for future cities. Meanwhile, be actively involved decision-making processes ensure inclusive meets local needs. Cooperation among all parties essential achieve goals, line SDG 11.
