The objective of this article was to explore managerial trends and the implementation artificial intelligence in university management, with a particular focus on Latin American context. To end, mixed study designed, operationalized through documentary review bibliometric procedures, qualitative thematic analysis, triangulation system, an integration data supported by external sources. results were organized into five management strategies, three emerging trends, recommendations for managers, main themes.
