Amid digital transformation in the 21st century, use of technology, such as e-learning, learning process has become urgent to develop vocational school students' knowledge and skills. However, some studies show that online is ineffective improving Online cannot improve skills because conduct actual practicum. Therefore, this study aims analyze effectiveness The research method used was random effect model meta-analysis with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-analysis (PRISMA) article analysis technique. A total 25 articles from Scopus, Google Scholar, Wiley databases were obtained analyzed study. free publication bias, indicated by funnel plot, Egger's, Fail-safe N test results.
