Background: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a damaging, life-altering injury, which estimated to have an annual global incidence of 40 80 cases per million population and two five times more possible die prematurely. This study aims evaluate the impact COVID-19 on socio-behavioural, health, oral health-related aspects spinal patients. Methods: cross-sectional was conducted among 50 patients in rehabilitation center Chennai, Tamil Nadu, between May June 2022. Results: The comparison mean distribution scores based DMFT showed that complete had lower score 6.40 when compared incomplete (8.41). periodontal status assessment revealed SCI with number teeth gingival bleeding pocket (3.81 2.31 respectively) (7.12 4.49). Moreover, socio-behavior health found be higher than Conclusions: Therefore, this pandemic highlights need advocate development nationwide registry or surveillance system fundamental understanding epidemiology and, hence, prevention emerging burden.
