This research explores the negative impact of technostress on Indonesian e-wallet users, utilizing sentiment classification and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) modeling. Previous studies have indicated triggers sentiments. study confirms similar effects in usage, employing analysis LDA Analyzing data from user reviews validates findings that generates sentiments among users. Sentiment shows a clear link between experiences reviews. The model identifies most frequent complaints. underscores e-Wallet's technostress-induced sentiments, primarily concerning service features, accessibility, service, security, crucial for fintech providers to enhance experience.

This study examines the factors affecting digital payment adoption systems among Gen X in Odisha, India, with a focus on roles of perceived usefulness, ease use, and trust. Employing quantitative survey method, data was collected from 385 respondents through structured questionnaires using five-point Likert scale. Result Multiple Regression Analysis revealed that all three significantly positively impact behavioural intention to adopt payments, trust emerging as most critical predictor. The findings signify importance enhancing trust, simplifying interfaces, demonstrating utility encourage fintech this demographic. research highlights actionable insights for providers, financial institutions, policymakers aiming expand usage Generation X. While provides robust explanatory power (R2 = 96.5%), its limitations include suggesting need broader geographic demographic investigations.
