Microbial
infection
is
a
prevalent
global
ailment,
accounting
for
approximately
85%
of
deaths
caused
by
infectious
diseases
such
as
diarrhea,
acute
respiratory
infections,
measles,
AIDS,
tuberculosis,
and
diarrhea.Therapeutic
agents
are
specific
type
antimicrobial
used
to
treat
infections.Antimicrobial
chemicals
compounds
that
can
inhibit
the
growth
or
kill
microbes.Leda
(Eucalyptus
deglupta
Blume)
medicinal
plant
with
potential
safe
antimicrobial.The
Kaili
people
residing
near
Lore
Lindu
National
Park
have
long
it
chronic
diseases.This
research
utilized
ethanol
extraction
method.The
phytochemical
analysis
included
tests
alkaloids,
triterpenoids,
steroids,
saponins,
phenols,
flavonoids,
quinones.The
antioxidant
activity
was
measured
using
free
radical
capture
method
1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl
(DPPH).The
anti-bacterial
test
employed
agar
disc
diffusion
goal
this
study
investigate
properties
Leda
extract.The
results
revealed
presence
alkaloid
compounds,
tannins,
terpenoids,
carotenoids

extract

leaves

Gmelina

merupakan
jenis
tanaman
hutan
yang
memiliki
prospek
cukup
baik
untuk
dikembangkan
sebagai
rehabilitasi.
Namun
salah
satu
faktor
pembatas
menjadi
kendala
dalam
pengembangan
G.arborea
adalah
serangan
hama
dan
penyakit.
Informasi
penyakit
merusak
akan
dasar
pengambilan
keputusan
tindakan
pengendalian
pencegahan.
Tujuan
penelitian
ini
mengetahui

patogen
penyebab
daun,
gejala
serangan,
frekuensi
serta
intensitas
pada
tegakan
gmelina
di
Kabupaten
Sigi.
Hasil
diperoleh
dari
daun
ada
2
yaitu
jamur
Phomopsis
sp.
bercak
dengan
terdapat
permukaan
tidak
beraturan
berwarna
coklat
kekuningan
pinggiran
lebih
gelap
Phytopthora
hawar
berupa
kehitaman
tangkai
atau
tulang
cokelat
tua
hitam
bintik
putih
tengah.
Frekuensi
sebesar
88,6%
serangannya
mencapai
45,5%
kriteria
kerusakan
tergolong
rusak
sedang.

Nutmeg
tree
(Myristica
fragrans
Houtt.)serves
as
a
Multi-Purpose
Tree
Species
(MPTS)
in
high
demand
due
to
its
multitude
of
applications.Despite
potential,
Indonesia's
nutmeg
productivity
lags
behind
the
global
average,
with
yield
only
98.9
kg
per
hectare.Among
various
impediments
productivity,
limited
expertise
local
farmers
cultivation
and
prevalence
leaf
diseases
seedlings
nurseries
are
paramount.Leaf
can
be
lethal
significantly
impact
their
quality,
which,
turn,
affects
growth
mature
plants.This
study
was
conducted
assess
identify
causal
pathogens.The
average
percentage
damage
across
all
disease
types
found
follows:
spot
(3.95%),
blight
(4.42%),
rust
(7.27%),
powdery
mildew
(1.025%).Pathogenic
fungi
were
identified
causative
agents,
Nigrospora
sp.causing
spot,
Rhizoctonia
blight,
Oidium
tingitanium
causing
mildew,
Pestalotia
rust.The
overall
intensity
pathogen
attack
6.52%,
classified
mild
category.Our
findings
suggest
that
fungal
pathogens
predominantly
cause
seedlings.Therefore,
effective
microclimate
management
strategies
should
adopted
mitigate
impacts
these
nurseries.

plantations

findings
reveal
all
four
types
low,
exhibiting
highest
at
0.35.The
