Abstract Plastics are the most frequently used materials in people’s daily life, and primary secondary microplastics generated from them may harm health of adults. This paper focuses on summary existence many objects closely related to people toxicological influences it causes cultured human normal cells organoids, prospects for future research directions. Micro- nano-plastics (MNPs) found almost all our everyday products, such as food, drink, necessities, etc. It can enter digestive tract, respiratory system, body fluids body, at lower or equal environment concentrations exhibits obvious cytotoxicity genotoxicity toward probably becoming a kind toxin affecting health. In addition, due MNPs be transferred placenta embryo, long-term growth-tracking studies newborns should done vitally. Besides, their wide usability products ability penetrate cytomembranes, effects polyethylene polypropylene nanoplastic particles than environmental (normal exposure body) recommended studied future. Finally, those individuals who carry MNPs, evaluation must performed.
