Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the most common malignant tumors digestive tract and has a very high mortality rate worldwide. Different PC patients may respond differently to therapy develop therapeutic resistance due complexity variety tumor microenvironment. The Eph/ephrin signaling pathway extensively involved in tumor-related biological functions. However, key function not been fully elucidated. We first explored pan-cancer overview genes (EPGs). Then we grouped into 3 subgroups based on EPG expression levels. Significantly different prognoses immune microenvironments between subtypes further validate Eph/ephrin's important role pathophysiology PC. Additionally, estimated IC50 values for several commonly used molecularly targeted drugs treat three clusters, which could help receive more personalized treatment plan. Following progressive screening optimal genes, established prognostic signature validated it internal external test sets. receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves our model exhibited great predictive performance. Meanwhile, results through qRT-PCR immunohistochemistry. Overall, this research provides fresh clues prognosis as well theoretical groundwork future research.
