The governmental statistic data shows that more than half of the imprisoned people in country goes through prison system without finishing elementary school.Considering how important schooling process and social inclusion is to human being's development understanding many stigmas exclusionary experienced by former prisoners, this study tried explain exclusion these are constructed school.In sense, firstly, bibliographic research was conducted intended find explanations literature, however, just a few studies were found, showing nearly unexploited academic field.Therefore, eight men prisoners interviewed about its scholar experience.The interviews recorded, transcribed analyzed under Psychology Historical-Cultural's perspective.From it possible identify several elements subject's school experience, went inequality, difficulty on access permanency, violence, educational policies produce failure based subject blaming, pathologizing complains disciplinary process.On other hand, also notice an emancipatory protective character from school.Thus, we highlight significance psychology (re)construct along with society, quality dialogue plural reality, guarantees remain for all subjects, providing fully independent development.
