In recent years, countries world have turned to cancer research in order identify new drugs treat from various sources , common disease that causes death this attributed many pathological factors, such as reactive oxygen species, which contribute initiation, development cancer. Methods: Our current aims investigate therapeutic role essential oils (C.S.) against Ehrlich Tumor renal damage Mice. The mice were divided into four group (Gp1, control group, Gp2, Essential (C.S) Gp3, EAC Gp4, with (C.S). Result: Results showed pretreated (G4) lead an improvement urea, creatinine levels when compared group. Through our results, it was shown treatment improved urea comparing Gp3. noted kidney tissue VEGF protein expression Gp4 Gp3 Groups. could be concluded has a possible benefit kidneys induce Toxicity.

Background: Celiac disease (CD) is an autoimmune characterized by chronic inflammation that essentially affects the small intestine and caused food contain gluten. This research aimed to explore impact of interleukin 21 (IL-21) 23 (IL-23) on development in Iraqi patients. Methods: Forty adults have CD were enrolled study with age range between 15-60 years average 36.60± 2.03 years. The diagnosis was confirmed serological examinations intestinal endoscopy Gastroenterology Liver Teaching Hospital Medical City Baghdad a forty healthy subjects included this as control group 16-59 32.22±1.97 blood serum examined for Anti tissue transglutaminase (tTG) IgA IgG (IgA ant-tTG ant-tTG) Anti-DGP ant-DGP) antibodies well IL-21 IL-23 using enzyme-linked immunoassay technique ((ELISA). Also, gene expression peripheral patients determined quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) assay. Result: results showed levels anti-tTG (IgA, IgG) anti-gliadin (IgA) significantly higher than (25.13±1.12, 19.86±1.13, 32.01±2.36 vs. 12.62±1.04, 6.83±0.82, 21.59±1.44 U/ml, respectively; p less 0.01). In addition, level increased high significant differences (490.02±20.46 565.22±22.84 vs 106.87±4.23 256.03±13.52 pg/ml; 0.01), respectively. revealed 3.33±0.35 2.83±0.27 fold change comparison control.

Cancer is a terrible illness that has enormously detrimental effects on society, the economy, health care and personal lives. In 2012, there were around 14.1 million cancer cases diagnosed worldwide, with 52.5% of those instances occurring in men 47.5% women. By 2030, number predicted to increase 21.7 million. this was responsible for 8.2 fatalities globally; by end rise 13.0 The purpose our study evaluate capability Apis mellifera venom (A.M.) reduce renal toxicity tissue damage caused Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) mice. A total forty female Swiss albino mice divided evenly among four groups (G1, control, G2, A.M., G3, EAC, G4, EAC + A.M.). findings demonstrated that, comparison group, addition co-treated resulted lower levels alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), ANA, anti-dsDNA, AST, ALT, ALP. Liver slices from showed several histological alterations, including mild fibrosis, noticeable diffuse necrosis hepatic parenchyma, inflammatory cells, clogged blood sinusoids. Conversely, liver sections EAC+Apis modest improvement hepatocytes.
