The use of passive exoskeletons after orthopedic and neurosurgical interventions in patients with obstetric paralysis is positioned as an innovative approach to overcome the limitations traditional methods rehabilitation habilitation. Objective. To demonstrate results using exoskeleton «EXAR-34» complex habilitation a patient consequences injury brachial plexus form Duchenne—Erb palsy. Material methods. Anamnesis was collected, medical documentation analyzed, goniometry, neurological status were studied. Results. After series surgical Duchenne—Erbe carried out for six years did not allow achieve satisfactory functional results. inclusion measures short time led expansion volume active movements joints paretic limb.
